The Kitchen Whisperer

Today was an AWESOME day!

Mom & Dad Fantabulous came up which meant I got to cook and cook and cook!  To some of you that seems like not so much fun but honestly, I absolutely LOVE it!  I’m so close with them and knowing they appreciate and love what I make means the world to me.I

I made the following today:
- Coconut Cream Pie
- Roasted Garlic loaf of bread
- Pumpernickel round loaf
- Hot spinach dip
- Tomato Caprese Pizza
- 11 quarts of Italian gravy (and yes, canned them as well)
- Mmmmmmmmmmeatballs
- Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms
- Chewy Double Raisin Tarts (those are Dad’s favorites)

anddddddddddd… Mom brought up her to-die-for Strawberry & Blueberry Pie.  OMG this thing is insanely good! But just look at all the stuff I had…

Now don’t worry, I’ll post the recipe for the Tomato Caprese pizza (well, I’ll give you a basic pizza dough recipe – not giving mine up, sorry peeps).  This pizza was amazing!
