Book Reviews

I am a HUGE lover of cookbooks and recipes.  Kind of makes sense to naturally be drawn to them considering my passion for the kitchen.  The deeper I evolve The Kitchen Whisperer, LLC the more my library  is growing.

Everyone has their own penchant for what makes up a great cookbook.  Could be simplicity, could be step-by-step instructions, could be all pictures; it could be just about anything really.  The purpose of a great cookbook is to inspire and initiate creativity and passion; to put that desire in you to cook and bake one of their recipes.  Eventually if you make it enough you’ll adapt it to suit your own tastes – less salt, more sugar, adding bacon, etc..  Along with my dream to open a bistro is to author a cookbook.  Someday I’ll get there.  Starting TKW, the website and our Facebook page is definitely a step in the right direction.

I will give you an unbiased review of the book and give it a rating out of 5 Oinks.  5 being awesome and 1 being man I wish I didn’t get this book.  Pretty freakin’ adorable, right?!
