Our first Savory Biscotti is Asiago Parmesan and Bacon.. yes I said BACON!!! Aren’t you glad you were sitting for this!

So at first bite I was like “Hmmm…different” so I took another bite and it’s crunchy like ‘normal’ biscotti but it’s not sweet but rather savory. The cheese and bacon are just incredible in this but…
yes, there’s a but… it needed ‘something’. So I went back into the kitchen and rummaged through the fridge and Voila! Sauce!!! THAT’S IT!
This my dear friends, has replaced the breadstick! I heated up both some marinara sauce (well don’t tell Mr. Fantabulous that I touched his precious Italian Gravy with out him.. SHHHH!) and then heated up some pizza sauce. Honestly, I’m not sure which tasted better as they both tasted awesome!
I can definitely this being served as something you would use to dip into something. I’m thinkin’ I’m on to something here… Stay tuned!
