Ingredients

Light Brown Sugar

  • 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon unsulfured molasses

Dark Brown Sugar

  • 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsulfured molasses

Instructions

  1. Place both ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Pulse a few times until well incorporated.
  3. Store in an air tight container.

Notes

Recipe yields 1 cup of brown sugar
