Make your own Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Mix

Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cups brown rice flour
  • 3 3/4 cups white rice flour
  • 3 cups sweet rice flour (if you can’t find this use cornstarch)
  • 3 cups tapioca flour
  • 1Tbl plus 1 tsp xanthum gum

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Make sure that you don’t see any clumps or streaks of individual flours. I’ve often used a food processor to combine these.
  2. Transfer the flour to a canister or other storage container.
  3. Use when needed.
