Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1“x1” chunk of fresh ginger, skin removed
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 12 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/21 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/31/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Process all of the ingredients in a blender minus the water.
  2. With the blender running, slowly add the water until the mixture thins out slightly to an almost pourable consistency.
  3. Transfer to a lidded container and store in the fridge.
