Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add in the eggs, mustard, mayo, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine. Adjust seasonings if needed.
  2. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
