Day 12 – Countdown to Christmas 2013 Candy Cane Kissyface Dust and Crumbles

Ingredients

  • 4 dozen Candy Canes, unwrapped
  • Jars with airtight lids

Instructions

  1. Place unwrapped candy canes in the food processor.
  2. Pulse for 5-6 times.
  3. To make Crumbles process to where you have pea-sized crumbles.
  4. To make Dust process to where you have coarse salt size pieces. You can go finer if you prefer but you should leave it a little grainy for texture.
  5. Using a large mouth funnel, place the Kissyface Dust or Crumbles into the jar.
  6. Cover with a lid and place a pretty label on it.

Food Processor
Ear plugs (be safe, protect your ears)
