Ingredients

  • 1 1/s cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (regular or gluten free)

Instructions

  1. Place the oats into the bowl of your food processor.
  2. Plus the oats until they are ground into a powder-like consistency.
  3. Stop and stir the oats to ensure that all the oats have been finely ground.
  4. Store in an air tight container.

Notes

This makes 1 cup of oat flour

I use my 3 Cup Cuisinart DLC-2A Mini-Prep Plus Food Processor when I want to make a batch of this. It’s the perfect size!
