Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Walmart Deli BBQ Boneless Wings, warmed
- 1lb frozen potato tots (about 1/2 of a standard bag)
- 1 tablespoon ranch powder
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
- 8–10 crispy strips bacon, rough chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoon chopped green onion
Instructions
- Bake the potato tots according to package directions.
- Preheat the oven to 400F, rack in the middle.
- In a 12” round casserole dish (or 2 quart baking dish), lightly spray the bottom with cooking spray and line the bottom with potato tots in a tight single layer.
- Sprinkle on the ranch powder then top with 3/4 cup cheddar.
- Add half of the bacon over top then add the bbq boneless wings in a single layer.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Finish with covering the top with mozzarella
- Bake for 5-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- While the casserole is baking stir together the bbq sauce, ranch dressing and sour cream. Place in a squirt bottle if you have one.
- When the casserole is done, drizzle on the bbq ranch sauce and garnish with green onions.
