Ingredients
- John Boos Maple End Grain 18×3″ Board
- 2 regular-size packages of OREO cookies (any flavor)
- 25–35 Toasted Coconut Thinster cookies
- 1 package of Stroopwafels Minis
- 1 –2 packages of small chocolate chip cookies
- 1 8.8 ounces package of Biscoff Cookies
- 10–15 assorted biscotti
- 20 or 1 package of vanilla or pumpkin sandwich cream cookies
- 8–10 macarons
- 1/2 cup chocolate buttercream
- 1/2 cup chocolate buttercream with caramel
- 1/2 cup vanilla buttercream
- 1/2 cup vanilla chocolate chip buttercream
- Assorted mini fancy cookie-tin cookies
Instructions
- Place up to 4 half-cup containers of buttercream frosting on the board. Next, place down your largest cookies, followed by swirls and piles of cookies leaving your smaller cookies until last.
- Place the smallest cookies on the top in various places to fill in any gaps
- Serve immediately or cover tightly with plastic wrap to serve later in the day.
