Ingredients
4 cups prepared riced cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. When the oil starts to shimmer, add in the cauliflower, lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and stir. Cook for 4-7 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft but not mushy. Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro. Taste for seasoning
