Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta, whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 1/8 cup diced pepperoncini
  • Hot honey

Instructions

  1. In a food processor/blender (you can also do this by hand as well), ricotta, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, and olive oil. Process until smooth and creamy.
  1. Transfer the mixture to a cheese baker or a baking dish.
  2. Add the shredded mozzarella then top with the cooked sausage, pepperoni, and pepperoncini.
  3. Cover with the lid (or foil) and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid/foil and broil just for a few seconds to crisp up the pepperoni (*optional)
  1. Drizzle with hot honey right before serving
