Ingredients

  • 1 12-14” long loaf of crusty Italian or French bread, sliced into 1/41/2” slices
  • 35 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • optional clove of garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Slice the bread on an angle to get elongated slices. Brush one side lightly with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
