Ingredients
- Russet Potatoes
- Sweet Potatoes
- Olive oil (about 1 teaspoon per potato)
- Kosher Salt (about 1/2 teaspoon per potato)
Instructions
- Preheat the Yoder Smokers Flattop Grill to 350F for indirect heat. You can also do directly over the flames IF the flames/charcoal are well below the potatoes (like in my video).
- Clean your potatoes, dry them, coat them liberally with olive oil, and season on with Kosher Salt.
- Grill for 30 minutes then turn over and, depending on the size of the potato, it’ll take another 20-35 minutes until they are perfectly done.
- Once they are done, remove them from the grill and serve.
