Coring jalapeño peppers just got super easy and fast with the use of this tool! Remove the seeds and pith in seconds easily! Learn how to quickly do it!
Take a paring knife and slice off the top of the pepper.
Take the coring tool and insert it along the inside edge of the pepper where the pith (flesh) is slightly pulled away from the outside shell.
In a corkscrew manner, twist the coring tool around the inside of the jalapeño pepper going down towards the tip. Depending on the size of the pepper you may need to pull some of the insides out, discard them, and then repeat until the whole inside of the pepper is cleaned out.
