Coat all thighs in Wing Wub Seasoning. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes in the fridge. Place them on a cooling rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Put the tray into the fridge for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Preheat the air fryer to 380F. Remove the basket(s) from the air fryer, lightly mist it with olive oil, and place the chicken thighs and skin in a single layer.
Air fry for 17 minutes. Flip the thighs and air fry for 9-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 170F.
