Coat all thighs in Wing Wub Seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Place them on a cooling rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Put the tray into the fridge for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Remove the basket(s) from the air fryer, lightly mist it with olive oil, and place the chicken thighs skin-side down in a single layer.
Air fry for 17 minutes. Flip the thighs and air-fry for 9-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
