Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature and soft
  • 1/2 cup chopped crispy bacon (~8 slices)
  • 12 jalapenos, minced (seeds and membrane removed if less heat is desired)
  • 2 teaspoons Chupacabra Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar (freshly shredded)

Instructions

  1. To a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, Chupacabra Fajita Seasoning, and minced jalapenos. Give it a mix to incorporate.
  2. Next, add in the bacon and mix again.
  3. Add half of the cheese, mix, and then add the remaining cheese until the mixture is thoroughly mixed.
  4. At this point, you can use it immediately or cover it with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
