Ingredients

Strawberry Mousse

  • 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup strawberry mousse protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon pureed strawberries or strawberry preserves
  • 1/3 cup fresh strawberries cut into pieces

Peanut Butter Banana with Chocolate Chips

  • 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ¼ tablespoon Medical (No Flavor) Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup banana slices, cut in half (about 1/2 of a banana)
  • 2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Tropical Fuzzy Navel

  • 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Fuzzy Navel protein powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup chopped up tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, papaya)

Instructions

Strawberry Mousse

  1. In a 1 cup jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, protein powder and strawberry puree.
  2. Put lid on jar and shake until well combined.
  3. Remove lid, add strawberries and stir until mixed throughout.
  4. Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or as long as 2-3 days./li>
  5. Stir and eat chilled or microwave (after removing the lid) for 45 seconds to a minute.

Peanut Butter Banana with Chocolate Chips

  1. In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, and honey.
  2. Put lid on jar and shake until well combined.
  3. Remove lid, add bananas and mini chips and stir until mixed throughout.
  4. Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days.
  5. Stir and eat chilled or microwave (after removing the lid) for 45 seconds to a minute.

Tropical Fuzzy Navel
