This is a new spin on a classic broccoli slaw. Crispy and packed with veggies, seeds, cranberries, and bacon topped with my Grandma’s amazing old fashioned boiled dressing. Every cookout needs this dish!

Ingredients
1 pound broccoli slaw (~4 cups)
2 cups chopped broccoli florets plus stems (mince the stems)
3/4 cup matchstick carrots
1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
1 cup dried cranberries and or raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 cup chopped cooked crispy bacon (about 12 slices)
