Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta
- 1 Tablespoon dried dill
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar or lemon juice
- *Optional 1-3 Tablespoons heavy cream or milk
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients except the heavy cream or milk into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Use immediately or transfer to a lidded container and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
- Prior to serving, stir and if desired, stir in a little bit of the cream/milk to desired consistency.
