These are the ultimate anytime appetizer – sweet, salty, creamy, and crispy in every bite! With just five simple ingredients, they are crave-worthy, crowd-pleasing, and ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 12 figs, cut in half
  • 8 tablespoons goat cheese
  • 6 strips of bacon, cut in half horizontally
  • 1 – 1.5 teaspoons Chupcabra A Fine Meat Rub seasoning
  • Hot Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven, then line a rimmed half sheet pan with foil and place a cooling rack inside. Slice the bacon in half horizontally.
  2. Slice each fig in half and add about a teaspoon of goat cheese to the center.
  3. Grab a strip of bacon and wrap it around the fig, making sure the ends overlap on the bottom. Place them on the cooling rack, seam-side down.
  4. Season the bacon and place the pan into the oven. Bake for ~25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Remove from the oven, transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to catch the oil.
  5. Plate, drizzle with hot honey and enjoy!
