These cheese-stuffed breadsticks are the perfect blend of warm pizza dough, savory garlic butter, and gooey mozzarella for an irresistible bite! Made with simple pantry ingredients, they come together quickly for a delicious snack or the perfect side to any pizza or pasta night.

Ingredients

  • 1 package JusRol Pizza Crust (14 oz)
  • 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic (2 cloves)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Chupacabra Italian Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fresh shredded Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Make the garlic butter by combining the melted butter, minced garlic, and Chupacabra Italian Seasoning, and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  3. Roll out the pizza crust, leaving it on the parchment paper it’s rolled in.  Brush the garlic butter (about 2-3 Tablespoons) all over the crust, leaving a 1/2″ around the crust. Make sure to leave about 2 Tablespoons of garlic butter for the outside.
  4. Put the mozzarella cheese on half of the dough. Using the two ends of the parchment closest to you, pick it up and fold the dough in half to form one long, cheese-filled piece. Seal the edges, brush the top with garlic butter, and sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Carefully transfer the parchment paper and dough to a rimmed baking sheet.
  6. Using a pizza cutter, make cuts every 1″-2″ (depending on how big you want them). Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

You most likely will have leftover garlic butter sauce.
