Looking for a 30-minute dinner? 🍯 This Sheet Pan Hot Honey Garlic Chicken and Broccoli is sweet, spicy, and requires only one pan. Perfect for healthy meal prep or a quick family dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (about 1 1/22 pounds) cut into tender-sized strips
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, unsalted and melted
  • 3 Tablespoons hot honey
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced (about 1 Tablespoon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 teaspoons Chupacabra Chop Haus seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and either line a full or half sheet pan with foil or use a large baking dish.
  2. To a bowl, whisk together 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, hot honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Add in the chicken strips and mix to combine.
  3. Place the coated chicken in the center of the baking dish or sheet pan, in a single layer, along with any remaining sauce.
  4. Place the broccoli on the outside of the chicken in a single layer. Drizzle the remaining 2 Tablespoons of olive oil on the broccoli and sprinkle on the Chupacabra Chop Haus seasoning.
  5. Pop the pan into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken reads 165°F (74°C) for breasts. *If you’re using thighs, go for 175°F (79°C).
  6. Remove from the oven, plate, and enjoy!
