We’re taking a basic bag of store-bought pretzels and giving them a major glow-up with zesty nacho cheese seasoning and pantry spices. They take just minutes to prep and are the perfect addictive snack for game night, cookouts, or your next movie marathon!

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (121°C) and line a half sheet pan with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. To a bowl, add the avocado oil, queso nacho seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Whisk to combine.
  3. Dump the pretzels into a zip-top plastic bag, pour the cheese mixture over top, close the bag and shake to coat all of the pretzels evenly.  Dump the coated pretzels onto the prepared pan and spread out into an even layer.
  4. Bake for 23-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. I baked until any residual oil mixture was absorbed. Remove from the oven, sprinkle on a few more teaspoons of the Queso Nacho seasoning, and give it one final stir.
  5. Allow to cool completely in the pan before storing in an airtight container at room temperature.
