🥰🫶🏻If you’ve not made a pot roast grilled cheese with crispy frico crust, then you’re not living.
It all starts with 2 thick slices of Texas toast 🍞 buttered in both sides. The outsides are also coated in cheese 🧀 to create that crispy frico crust.
Once the one side is charred, it’s flipped, 3 types of cheeses added and shredded pot roast with a smidge of gravy. Griddle until the cheese is melted and it’s toasty.

🥩 💨 Just a few ingredients are needed for one of the beefiest, most incredible cuts of beef you’ll ever sink your teeth into!
Out of the whole cow, Picahna (pronounced “pee-kahn-yah”) is by far my absolute favorite cut of beef. It’s that cut of beef that needs very little seasoning yet is so incredibly packed with flavor. Cook it right and you’ll have one incredibly tender and juicy beefy cut of meat!

If you’ve ever been to a Brazilian steak house I’m pretty sure you’ve had it. It comes from the top of the rump. Depending on where you live it is also known as a rump cap, top sirloin cap, or coulette. This beautiful cut of beef was sent by my new friends over at @sparrowmarket in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
All you need is this cut, kosher salt and I went with @chupacabrarub Brisket Magic though you go classic and use just salt. And make sure to use the @meatermade PRO / PRO XL
As I tell folks, this needs nothing else…not even ketchup lol 😂
