Mahalo! 🌺 We had a super busy day which didn’t give me time to make us lunch. Thankfully my local @sevenbrothers over in Queen Creek @sevenbrothersqueencreek was nearby.
We were greeted with the biggest smile and y’all everything smelled amazing!
🍔I went with the Max burger that was loaded with mushrooms 🍄 , lots of crispy bacon 🥓 then coated in melted Swiss cheese and their Max Sauce.
🍔Mr. Fantabulous ordered the Shez’s Paniolo (Cowboy) and OMG! This thing was MASSIVE!!! We’re talking 2 fat o-rings, crispy bacon 🥓 , pineapple 🍍, cheese 🧀 and a BBQ sauce. Talk about ginormous!
🍟 We split a large order of crispy potato rounds
🧋To finish off our lunch we each got chocolate shakes
There was so much food that we brought home enough for another meal for him. Those burgers were money and incredible flavorful! Lunch was awesome and definitely hit the spot!

Sure you can press them into place but you’ll never really get an even layer by hand. Instead I prefer to break out my pastry roller and roll that over the parchment paper. This allows me to get a compressed, even layer.
