Anyone that knows me knows I love yogurt; Greek yogurt specifically. I live a very high protein lifestyle and am often on the go so it’s refreshing to know that I can reach into my fridge, grab a container of Yoplait Plenti Greek yogurt and be on my merry way. I don’t have to fret over added fats or sugars, tons of carbs or unwanted calories. It’s high protein, it’s healthy and most important, it tastes amazing!
When I was approached by Yoplait to review their new Yoplait Plenti – Plentiful Greek Yogurt I was thrilled as they did all the work for me by adding in whole grain oats, flax and pumpkin seeds. One of my favorite post-workout meals is a greek yogurt, fruit, oats, flax and some seeds mixed in with a little protein powder. By the addition of carbs to my protein I’m able to replenish the muscle glycogen that I burned during my workout. You see as you train, your main fuel source is muscle glycogen. Glycogen is the storage form of glucose. It is composed of long strings of glucose molecules with numerous branches.
The glucose break from the glycogen chain as needed in order to generate ATP, which transports chemical energy and is crucial for muscle contractions. Research confirms that the best way to replenish muscle glycogen stores after workouts is to consume high-glycemic (fast-digesting) carbs as soon as possible.
Plenti Yogurt is Packed Full of Goodness™. Plenti Yogurt is Greek yogurt with whole grain oats, flax & pumpkin seeds and delicious fruit mixed right in. And it tastes amazing!!! The folks at Yoplait start with Yoplait Greek Yogurt, a good source of calcium and vitamin D. Then they add just the right amount of hearty ingredients. Packed full of goodness, Plentí is a healthy, high-protein snack. A full life requires a fulfilling snack. No one has time for an energy dip. Plentí stays with you. It’s substantial and satisfying—an energy booster. Now you can keep going and have a truly plentiful day.
Plus BONUS!!! Plenti Yogurt is gluten free.
Plenti Yogurt has a 1:1 protein to sugar ratio (12g of each) so for those of us that are gymrats, this is HUGE!
It comes in 8 different flavors – Black Cherry, Blueberry, Strawberry, Coconut, Peach, Raspberry, Spiced Apple and Vanilla. They’re all delicious – but the Blueberry is definitely my favorite. If you have noticed lately I’ve been posting ton of workout and motivational posts on my Instagram page along with tons of healthy snacks including this amazing yogurt! You NEED to check out Yoplait’s Instragram site too for tons of awesome snack ideas!
As you can see this yogurt is super thick and packed full of all kinds of awesomeness! Plenti Yogurt fits perfectly into my daily routine. One goes into my lunch for my mid-morning snack that fills me up all the way through lunch and as my post-workout snack. It’s so dreamy creamy that you forget that it’s healthy and think of it as dessert! Plenti Yogurt satisfies those hunger pains and keeps my belly happy and more importantly healthy!
I was able to find these at my local grocery store which is a bonus because they are scrumptious and fit perfectly into my daily lifestyle. Since I’m always on the go either running to work, going to the gym or traveling for work these marry perfectly to my schedule. I’ll pop one in the freezer for an hour then put it in my gym bag as I head out for my work out. By the time I’m done with my workout my Plenti Yogurt is chilled and ready to snack on to keep my energy levels up and my heart healthy!
Make sure you stop by and like Plenti Yogurt’s Instagram page and the hashtags #PlentiYogurt and #LandofPlenti to stay up to date with what they have to offer! Thank you to Plenti Yogurt for sponsoring today’s post and inspiring me to try their new fulfilling yogurt!

Agreed on the entire review, but wanted to note also that Plenti uses fruit/vegetable juice to colour its yogurts — there are no artificial colours or flavours or sweeteners here! The only way they could really improve things is by swapping out some of the added sugar in the ‘fruit blend’ for stevia…. but tough to complain about a 1:1 protein-to-sugar ratio.
