So last night Mr. Fantabulous says to me while I’m driving home from the market “Hey, did you get English Muffins?” “Um no, you weren’t eating them so I didn’t get anymore” I reply. “Oh… but I’m eating them now however I can’t cause we’re outloooooooooooooooong sigh>” he responds. Now even though I’m 3/4’s of the way home I ask if he wants me to turn around and go get him stuff. He reluctantly says no that it’s OK, he’ll survive LOL

This morning I was on a baking mission. I searched through my supply room and found 8 rings to make English Muffins. Never used them and better yet, have no clue how or where I obtained them. But WIN for me! Okay, not really as I don’t care for them but WIN for Mr. Fantablous providing I can figure out how to make them.
After perusing the 900 bajillion websites showing how people made them I ended up taking tips from this person, that site and eventually ended up making my own recipe.
I just took them out of the oven so I haven’t tried them yet but if they taste half as good as they look Mr. Fantabulous may never see these things. I have a container of honey butter and a jar of fresh peach preserves just patiently waiting for these puppies to cool!
