Living in Arizona, most folks don’t turn on their home ovens from May to October. As a certified Pizzaiolo, the pizza oven accessory for the YS640 rivals that of my traditional wood-fired pizza ovens. With temps over 600°F, this thing is AMAZING! One thing I always preach when it comes to making pizza is to preheat your pizza stone before you start. While the unit may say 600°F +, the stone may not be at temp!
