Happy Sunday TKW Family!  It’s time for this week’s weekly menu.  Are you hungry yet? WOW talk about almost an entire week of actual real sun here in Pittsburgh.  Kinda made me want to pull a Ferris Bueller and take the day off just to enjoy the sun however guilt would have set in, I am not a baseball fan (though PNC Park is AMAZING), I don’t have a Ferrari annnnnnnnnnd there are no parades in town.  LOL

So how was your week? Mine was pretty good.  I’m trying to figure out where we are going on vacation as *I* desperately need some time off.  Mr.Fantabulous needs a break from “real life” as well.  I’m just in a lull as to where we want to go. We’d like his parents to come with us but neither of them will go on a cruise.  *I* want Italy and Paris but Mr. Fantabulous right now wants to do zero site-seeing and the in-laws won’t leave the country.  I can’t do humidity but I want heat. Yeah I know… Arizona.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE Scottsdale but… we always go there.

Do you have any suggestions?  I’d love All-Inclusive as it makes life easier too. Yeah, I’m not picky or anything.. LOL

What else?  OH OH OH So I have been looking at something that can track my workouts, distance, heart rate, calories burned and so forth. I was on the fence between the Polar FT80 (my friend and old spin instructor has one) and the FitBit (because everyone and their mother has one).  After doing a pretty detailed review of them both I opted to go with the Polar FT80 watch (plus with has a ton of stuff that comes with it). OMG I LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOOOOOVE this thing!  Now if you read the reviews the biggest complaint is about the display being dark.  It could be a tad brighter however there is a button you press and it lights up bright as can be.  It’s a workout watch, not exactly a rolex people.  I’m super thrilled I went with Alex’s recommendation to get this thing.  I used it last week for the first time during a 60 minute spin class.  After I was done I checked my results.  My average heart rate was 160, my miles were 16 and my calories burned were almost 800!  I definitely recommend this thing!  Plus if you’re a runner as well you can get the add-on GPS module to help you if you’re like me and get lost easily or want to measure your distance.

I have a boat load of stuff to get done today again – finally I can cut the grass without the tractor sinking into the wet mushy grass, I have 872 bajillion photos to edit (well okay, maybe 200), recipes to write up and reviews to do. Oh yeah, also feed the man at some point.  LOL

Anyway, I’m going to make this a short one today (please forgive me).
