These Weekly Menu recipes allow you to get out of that same ol’ recipe rut and try some delicious and easy dishes!
Happy Monday, TKW Family! I hope you had a fantastic week last week! For those of you who are Mom and Mom figures, I hope you were treated like the queen you are!
This past week was CRAZY and non-stop, but in a good way. Even though my hands and body are killing me from being off all of my medication, I still pushed through and got a good bit of work done. I can’t wait to share the recipes I created!
Did you make a recipe? Leave a blog comment!
So why do I ask this? Two reasons:
- Honest feedback is appreciated. It helps me learn and grow.
- Most folks read the comments first before they decide whether to make a recipe or not.
This is how I grow and become a better Chef. I truly appreciate honest feedback on the recipes you’ve made by following the instructions as written! The most critical thing you can do for me is comment on the blog recipe post.
When I look at someone else’s recipe, I read the comments, and that’s honest feedback to me. So when you make a recipe of mine or plan on making it, leave a comment on the post. Everyone else who goes to my site, and I would genuinely appreciate it!
Highlighted Recipes of the Week!
These recipes are tried and true, but ones that you may have forgotten about.
- Spicy Three-Meat Banana Pepper Meatballs: These meatballs are seriously insane! They’re super juicy, super tender, and loaded with deliciousness, thanks to three meats and banana peppers!
- How to Spatchcock a Chicken: Spatchcocking a whole chicken or turkey sets you up for success. You’ll end up with an evenly cooked bird that’s done way faster than leaving it whole. And because it’s butterflied, you’ll have even seasoning, thus making it more flavorful!
- How To Make Deli Turkey Breast Lunch Meat: This homemade deli-style turkey breast lunch meat has only three ingredients, is easy to make, is budget-friendly, and is perfect for all your sandwiches! Skip the deli counter and make your lunch meat at home!
- Unstuffed Cabbage Lasagna: All the great flavors of stuffed cabbage without the rolling!
- Italian Chicken Panzanella Salad– Easy, light, and delicious without heating the oven too!
- Roast Turkey with Red Pepper Jelly & Melty Asiago Hoagie – One of my favorite summer sandwiches!
