With winter upon us, as I look out into my snowy yard, one thing is on my mind today…
Chili in a Crusty Sourdough Bread Bowl!!! I NEED this! I WANT this! I’m MAKING this! I’m going to mix up my White Chicken Chili recipe (which is AMAZING) and but nix the chicken and instead, use up the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving (waste not, want not right!). I have my dough proofing right now for these crusty bowls and I’m all set for game time!
You really only need 2 recipes – one for soup/chili or dip and another for the bread. Both can be found here!
Here are a few of my favorites

- Gouda and Dutch Beer Fondue (this is awesome as a dip in a bread bowl!)

Now if you wanted to totally go all hardcore on this bread.. why not make a pepperoni pizza pull apart?!
