The most FANTABULOUS BBQ Spice Rub EVER!

Print Recipe

Find the recipe card at the end of the post. Make sure to read the content as it contains chef tips, substitution options, answers to FAQs to help you succeed the first time around!

This spice rub blend is truly amazing (if I do say so myself)!  I’ve had countless emails, tweets and facebook posts from TKW family members praising this blend on stuff from chicken to brisket, pork to ribs.  It’s truly universal and whether you use it on the grill, the smoker, the oven or a crockpot, it’s THAT freaking AMAZING!

BBQ Spice Rub

I first introduced you to this recipe in my BBQ Beef Short Rib Sliders that I seriously went nuts over.

Then…

yes then…

THEN I introduced you to the Life Changing Bacon BBQ Sauce.  Yes it is LIFE CHANGING!

It’s a gift from the BBQ Gods (well goddess in my case *wink*).

Since creating this spice blend I’ve used it on Chicken – both in the oven and grill, Pork and ribs.  My next venture is shrimp skewers as I have a feeling it will be THAT amazing!

Love your recipes and the small jars, I’m thinking of doing that with my spices, where did you find them?

      Hi Debi!

Thank you so much! Mama Fantabulous found them for me at a Hardware store of all places. I’ve seen them though at HomeGoods and TJ Max as well.

This does sound like it would be good. I make up rubs all the time and forget how I made them. New rule:
Must write and save the ingredients with a date. Maybe that will work?
I’d love for you to link this to What’d You Do This Weekend? Goes live at midnight.

    Wishes for tasty dishes,
