Continuing on with our Protein Packed Refrigerator Oatmeal flavors with SI03 with their Syntrax Protein Powders I have a few more flavors that are perfect for this time of year.

Ever since coming up with the original Protein Packed Refrigerator oatmeal flavors I eat this literally every single day (M-F).  I make 5 containers every Sunday night and this way I have my post morning work out breakfast ready to go. It’s super healthy, packed with tons of protein and by adding the oats it gives me just enough carbs to help balance it all out.

This can be made Gluten Free as well when using Gluten Free oats.  You can mix and match this with umpteen flavors, fruits, nuts, sweets and yes, even chocolate!

With apples and pumpkins being in season now I felt obligated to make some new flavors showcasing what nature has provided.

I honestly don’t know which one of these are my favorites.

Protein Packed Caramel Apple Refrigerator Oatmeal1

The Caramel Apple was so awesome!  Just that little bit of caramel sauce  with the hint cinnamon and brown sugar really set this oatmeal to awesometastic!  Now you can make this low in sugar or even sugar free by using Splenda Brown Sugar and Sugar Free Caramel Sauce.  With these recipes, I do my very best to provide alternative ways to accommodate most everyone’s diets.

Next we have the Pumpkin Pie flavor…

Protein Packed Pumpkin Pie Refrigerator Oatmeal2

Okay seriously the ONLY thing this Pumpkin Pie flavor was missing was well, pie crust.  LOL This was AWESOME!  Now if you gave me time I’m pretty sure I could come up with a way to add pie crust pieces in this but I’m thinking they would have to be put in right before you eat it as they would get soft in the mix when they sit over night.

Protein Packed Apple Pie Refrigerator Oatmeal

Now since I had an abundance of apples I wanted to keep in the apple-y theme and go straight on Apple Pie.  Have to admit… this rocks!  It tasted just like my Mom’s apple pie.  The mix of cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg and other spices mixed with the diced apples and the protein powder.  YUM!!!  What was even equally as awesome as the taste was the smell!  I warmed this up for about a minute and OMG you would have sworn that I was baking an apple pie!

Working with the variety of Syntrax Protein powders, the flavors you can come up with to making these oatmeal dishes are endless.  I literally have about 50 different flavor combinations that I make.  I mean we all get tired of the same thing day after day… well unless you’re Mr. Fantabulous and require pasta every single day.  Has to be an Italian thing I swear!  LOL

But just look how luscious the Caramel Apple flavor looks!  Just that hint of sweetness from the caramel sets this flavor over the top!

Protein Packed Caramel Apple Refrigerator Oatmeal

My next thing to figure out… make a healthy pie crust recipe that can be used to augment these pie-flavored oatmeals.  What do you think about that?  Sound like a good idea?
