Happy Sunday TKW Family!  So let’s dish…  The past 2 weeks, even though you’ve seen all of my posts on here and in social media I haven’t been posting them from Pittsburgh.  Mr. Fantabulous finally were able to get away for 2 weeks for a very much needed, LONG overdue vacation.  Since this was our first vacation in a few years (cause I’m a work machine and never rest) we decided to stick with something that was familiar and that really didn’t involve sight seeing.  No we’ll save that for our trip to Italy and Paris.  This time, Mr. Fantabulous asked that we go somewhere he could just do nothing but relax.  All I wanted was something that didn’t require me to wear real pants.

I’ll post later in the week about our awesome trip to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and the Gold Lounge (we so miss you Kristin, Marty, Emile, Derek, Andrew and Clara!!!), the amazing friends we made, the surprise 40th anniversary wedding vows renewal and OMG.. the FOOD!  Dear GOD the food we ate!  But I’ll get more into that later.

9-13-15

And I won’t get into the fact that our flight was delayed 6 times or the fact that the guy in front of us on the red-eye flight I wanted to politely cover his face with a pillow because snored louder than a Cessna plane or that I have discovered a “pizza place” that truly laughs in the face of “even bad pizza is good” as it was hands down the WORST PIZZA EVER!  No, I won’t get into that here; not yet anyway.

But after 2 weeks away it’s good to be back at least to see my friends.  Pittsburgh, yeah… um I love you but your weather sucks.  I cannot go from 111F temperature to coming home to 55F and sweatpants.  Yeah, this isn’t working for me babe.  At least football season is here and I’m almost caught up with all of my work emails and TKW emails.  Now it’s just back to the grind, editing photo shoots, creating new recipes and continuing the remodel on the downstairs.

So if you wouldn’t mind, please pardon the short post today so I can get back to working on new web posts and mouth-watering recipes for you!

Here’s to you having a Fantabulous week!

    Dear TKW,

Thanks for your response to my St. Louis ribs dilemma with my Wolfgang Puck 8qt Rapid pressure cooker. I have no issues with the pressure cooker, as it works fine.

My problem stemmed from not having an actual recipe to follow and the only one provided to me was that in the book for baby back ribs, which only takes 15 minutes. It was hardly enough time for St. Louis ribs to cook and be tender, so mine turned out awful. I truly am looking forward to YOUR St. Louis Ribs recipe.

Honestly, please consider publishing a recipe book for those of us with electric pressure cookers, as there seriously are not enough of them which offer INTERESTING and PRACTICAL foods for any family. Keep up the great work. I’ll be making your Brownie Batter Cheesecake Dip, very soon.

Keep us posted if you DO publish a cookbook for electric pressure cookers. Thanks again!

      Hi Sandy!

You are most welcome! Actually I just *think* I figured out how to create a template for an e-book. If I can get that finalized then I can start at least off with selling those. Gotta start somewhere, right?

      Best Kitchen Wishes!
