Weekly Menu

These Weekly Menu recipes allow you to get out of that same ol’ recipe rut and try some delicious and easy dishes! This week I highly recommend making the Mozzarella Stuffed Italian Meatballs and Pasta, the Root Beer Float Ice Cream Sandwiches, and the Pretzel Bun Philly Cheesesteak Bombs!

Happy Sunday TKW Family!  Can I take a moment to thank Mother Nature for the past 4 days of absolutely gorgeous Pittsburgh weather (even though it was like 95% humidity). We actually were able to get so much stuff done outside AND I was finally able to get sun-kissed a bit on my otherwise translucent pale white skin. WOO HOO!  How was your past week? Mine was, well, the same – busy at work, busy at TKW, busy at home. I have a bit of added stress trying to get a million things done before my upcoming surgery this Wednesday.  However, I did manage to get a fair bit done.

Since the surgery is on, what I call my ‘Chef’ hand (left hand as I use my left hand for almost all things in the kitchen even though I’m right-handed), I knew there would be many things I couldn’t make. Now for me, while I recover I’m fine eating crackers and broth. I tend to lose weight when I have surgery because I have no desire for food. And trust me, that’s an AWESOME thing – not exactly the best way but hey, I’ll take it! However, Mr. Fantabulous is used to eating certain things – pasta, homemade bagels, pizza night, etc.

So needless to say, the next few weekly menus will be more freezer-based and ones that he necessarily doesn’t have to cook from scratch OR are terribly difficult. However, if I really wanted him to, he could make this stuff with my guidance. He’s actually stretched pizza dough before when I had my rotator cuff surgery. I’ll use this time as a test for when I start offering classes. If I can instruct him on how to cook/bake, then I know I can teach anyone.

Free Burgers til October!

What’s one of your summer go-to meals? For us, it all starts with a great burger. Just a burger, bun (or lettuce wrap for those that are keto-low carb folks) and toppings of choice I’m happy. For me though, it’s all about the quality of meat. You guys know how much I LOVE ButcherBox and their products. Seriously, they have THE BEST ground beef I’ve ever had! If you sign up between now and August 4th, my friends at ButcherBox will put 6 grass-fed, grass-finished beef burger patties in every box you receive between now and October 15th. That means easy, healthy burgers to grab from your freezer, for the REST of your summer!
Free Burgers! New customers - you will NOT want to miss this! Use my special link to receive 6 burger patties in every box until October 15th. http://butcherbox.go2cloud.org/aff_c?offer_id=6&aff_id=4563&source=promo

If you don’t already buy grass-fed grass-finished beef, it’s time to start. Trust me, you can taste the difference. Try out these burgers for the REST OF THE SUMMER! The hardest decision you’ll have to make about this offer is what you should top your burger with first!

Weekly Menu Recipes

With that guys, I need to get going. I have a million things to get done before my surgery. I know Mr. Fantabulous could do it all but we’re a team so I don’t want to put it all on him. Below I’ve put together some easy and delicious meal prep recipes that can help with dinner or lunch for the week. Plus dessert as well, you always have to have dessert! Is your favorite recipe listed?

With that, have one fantabulously amazing week!

♥ Monday – Sheet Pan Applewood Bacon Top Pork Tenderloin with Herbed Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts
♥ Tuesday – Pulled Beer & BBQ Chicken
♥ Wednesday – Instant Pot Creamy Chicken and Wild Blend Rice Soup (with Crock Pot instructions too!)
♥ Thursday – Mozzarella Stuffed Italian Meatballs and Pasta
♥ Friday – Homemade Frozen Pizzas
♥ Saturday – Pretzel Bun Philly Cheesesteak Bombs
♥ Sunday – Italian Style Pot Roast
