Happy Monday TKW Family! How was your week? Mine was slow and tiring but I’m on the mend and that’s all that’s important.

So Blessed

Honestly, I still don’t think the gravity of the situation my almost dying has truly hit me yet if that makes sense. Like I get so frustrated with myself now that I weaken and tire so quickly. It’s as if it’s not yet sunk in if that makes sense.

Thankfully it seems the brain fog has all but gone away. That was bad for me.

I’m just so blown away by the love and prayers I received from everyone! Words cannot express the love I truly feel with the TKW Family. Thank you all for blessing my life!

You can suggest what you’d tweak or a spin you put on it. Heck or tell me that you loved it! Like how to make vegan, keto, or not use mushrooms.

This is how I grow and become a better Chef. When you give honest feedback on the recipes you’ve made by following the instructions as written, that’s truly appreciated! The most critical thing you can do for me is to comment on the blog recipe post. 

When I look at someone else’s recipe I read the comments as to me, that’s honest feedback. So when you make a recipe of mine or plan on making it, leave a comment on the post. I and everyone else who goes to my site would truly appreciate it!

    I love the recipes! My husband is a diabetic & I am borderline . I would really like some lower carb recipes at times. It is hard to fix favorable lower carb meals from most recipes found online. Thank you

      Hi Ellen!

      Thank you so much! I do add in the Recipe Additions and Substitutions sections sometimes options to make it lower carb. I’ll make a note of it to add more in my future recipes. In the meantime if you find a recipe of mine that doesn’t have low-carb options just send me an email or message me online. I will help you as best that I can to make it low carb without breaking the bank or sacrificing flavor.
