Have I mentioned how much I LOVE my Yoder Smokers YS640 lately? Truly, it’s so much more than just a smoker! I grill on it, sear meats, oven-cook entire meals, and make wood-fired pizzas!
- Preheat the Yoder Smokers YS640 to 275°F. Fruit pellets work best for this recipe with the damper 2/3rds of the way closed.

Baked Beans FAQs
- What’s the best way to store cooked baked beans? Once the beans are cooled completely, transfer them to an airtight container and store them in the fridge for up to a week.
- Can you freeze cooked baked beans? Absolutely! Once cooled, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 6 months.
- What’s the best way to reheat baked beans? You can use the microwave, but they won’t be as thick as using the oven or skillet. I prefer to put them in a 350F oven for about 10-15 minutes or until warmed through. Alternatively, you can put them in a skillet over medium-low heat and heat until warmed through.
