These Weekly Menu recipes allow you to get out of that same ol’ recipe rut and try some delicious and easy dishes! This week, I highly recommend making my Oven Roasted Cornish Game Hens, Bacon Wrapped Loaded Breakfast Hash Browns, and Strawberry Pretzel Jell-O Salad.
Happy Monday and Happy Cinco de Mayo, TKW Family! I hope you had a fantastic week last week! Mine wasn’t half bad, though I had to take it easy. My doctor took me off my NSAID meds, which help with my hands, due to some concerning blood work I had. She even said no Tylenol, so given how bad my hands are from the umpteen surgeries I had, it’s been pretty painful using them. Hopefully, my hand surgeon can figure out something else aside from surgery.
So, I didn’t spend much time creating new recipes but instead worked on the ones I had waiting to post. I also spent time in my raised beds picking peppers and ‘maters, gave my neighbor a box of basil plants, and cleaned around the house—you know, normal stuff.
Did you make a recipe? Leave a blog comment!
So why do I ask this? Two reasons:
- Honest feedback is appreciated. It helps me learn and grow.
- Most folks read the comments first before they decide whether to make a recipe or not.
This is how I grow and become a better Chef. I truly appreciate honest feedback on the recipes you’ve made by following the instructions as written! The most critical thing you can do for me is comment on the blog recipe post.
When I look at someone else’s recipe, I read the comments, and that’s honest feedback to me. So when you make a recipe of mine or plan on making it, leave a comment on the post. Everyone else who goes to my site, and I would genuinely appreciate it!
