These Weekly Menu recipes allow you to get out of that same ol’ recipe rut and try some delicious and easy dishes! This week, I highly recommend making my Brown Butter Malted Chocolate Chip Toffee Bars, Portabella Mushroom Veggie Burgers, and Chorizo Stuffed Breakfast Mushroom Caps.
Happy Monday, TKW Family! I hope you had a fantastic week last week! Mine was…. good lord, I’m so glad it’s over. I swear it was just one thing after the other.
First, it started with my only veneer cracking in half on Memorial Day. Thankfully, my dentist listens to their voicemails, and they texted me back that night for an early appointment. They temporarily re-glued it back on as they didn’t have a timeslot to create a new one for me. Well, that lasted until the evening, until I took a drink of Crystal Light, and I ended up swallowing it.
Yeah, I freaked out, so I called them again to leave a message. They texted me back and fit me in the next day to fit me with a proper temporary. Oy!
Then, while we were taking apart the washing machine because the bearings had gone bad, I noticed a significant amount of water by one set of bushes. Thirty minutes into digging, and it was a gusher as one of the irrigation pipes cracked. Lovely…
After a bajillion curse words, a trip to Home Depot, and a lot of mud, it’s fixed. So, needless to say, I didn’t accomplish much work.
Did you make a recipe? Leave a blog comment!
So why do I ask this? Two reasons:
- Honest feedback is appreciated. It helps me learn and grow.
- Most people read the comments first before deciding whether to make a recipe or not.
This is how I grow and become a better Chef. I truly appreciate honest feedback on the recipes you’ve made by following the instructions as written! The most critical thing you can do for me is comment on the blog recipe post.
When I look at someone else’s recipe, I read the comments, and that’s honest feedback to me. When you make a recipe of mine or plan to make it, please leave a comment on the post. Everyone else who visits my site would genuinely appreciate it.
