Often figuring out what to make for dinner can be difficult. You know how to many a bunch of dishes but you’re either getting bored with those or you just can’t decide. Why not try one of my favorites? Here’s the Weekly Menu in the TKW house.
Now with every recipe I try to change it up from time to time. So I’m thinking with those Chunky Veggie Burgers I may add a slice of grilled zucchini and fontina cheese on top of them. Doesn’t that sound awesome? Maybe in the Cheesy Ham & Peas Casserole I may add in some roasted turkey and crispy bacon and make it almost Club-like. And those breakfast boats… I so love them! Mine I’ll keep as-is but Mr. Fantabulous loves his Tex-Mex style with salsa, jalapenos and bell peppers in them.

Wednesday – Crock Pot Eye of Round with Mushroom & Onion Gravy
Thursday – Cheesy Ham Peas Baked Penne Casserole
Friday – Chunky Shrimp Burgers with Avocado Aioli sauce
Saturday – Stuffed Breakfast Boats
Sunday – Grandma’s Pittsburgh Fried Bologna Sandwich
