Wow, 2015 was a great year here at TKW. I gained so many more TKW Family members, worked with some amazing companies and saw countless recipes of mine go viral. I met so many great people and really saw my little blog gain more notoriety. This post is all about you guys and what you loved the most in 2015. These, according to you all, are the best recipes of 2015 on my website.
It’s funny, as I was going through my webstats for the year I was honestly astounded by the number of hits each of the recipes got. When I started this site a few years ago, I was thrilled to see a couple of hundred hits a month to now see several million hits per recipe in a month. I mean WOW! And on a website that doesn’t have videos … yet. I’m working on that. That’s part of my goal in 2016 to teach myself how to not only create recipe videos but also edit and post them. Being an uber techie geek it’s important to me that I get it done right.
So if you have any tips and tricks on how to exactly go about creating these videos (other than press the button Lor), I’d love your advice. Also, if you’re in-the-know on how to edit them together I’d be your bestie forever!
Without further adieu here are the top 18 loved recipes of 2015. Did your favorite make the cut?

For me, it was a pretty diverse year. It was the year of the chipotle and skinny recipes. I lost count of the bbq sauces I created and the pork dishes. Heck I even used cherries…and at it… ON PURPOSE! I know, right! Wonders will never cease! So many of these recipes went viral and were repinned and shared millions of times. Daily I’d get notifications that others made one of these recipes and posted it raving over and over. Thank you!
I was pretty all over the place when it comes to the variety of foods posted. But then hey, variety is the spice of life, right? If my Mom were still alive she’d say “Lori, you’re growing up. You’re eating adult foods now.” LOL It’s true. I mean roasted grapes and arugula on pizza?!
♥ Maple Chipotle BBQ Pork Tenderloin
♥ Skinny Banana Cookies
♥ Roasted Grape Prosciutto Pizza Parma
♥ Roasted Beef Tenderloin Filet
