The Genoa Salame & Prosciutto Snacking Social Platter is packed with Genoa Salame, prosciutto, white cheddar cheese, garlic and herb toasted rounds, and dark chocolate. The Genona Salame & Calabrese Salame Snacking Social Platter is packed with Calabrese Salame, Genoa Salame, cheese, sea salt toasted rounds, dried cranberries, and cherries. Both are perfect for social, protein-filled snacking.

Now that our house is “open” for company and we built this amazing dart board, it is not unusual for friends to just stop by.
Plus, with Mr. Fantabulous being in a band, it’s not unusual for the guys to come here for a jam session in the studio and then go throw a few rounds. These Hillshire Snacking Social Platters are truly a lifesaver on time and help remove the stress of “what to serve?” Everything is already done for me. There’s no cutting, slicing, chopping, toasting or buying a million different things. I no longer have to wait in line at the deli to get my meat and cheese. I don’t have to toast up the breads. I don’t even have to worry about finding a serving tray either! I mean, they took care of it all!
Thanks to the flip-and-serve tray all you have to do is pop off the black tray, flip the top portion over and pull back the protective covering! And, if you happen to have any leftovers (which you probably won’t as these are THAT GOOD!) you can just put the black tray back on, snap it in place and put it back in the fridge for the next time.

When you’re hosting a get-together, whether it’s planned or impromptu, my best chef advice is to keep it simple. There’s no need to complicate your food or serve 15 different meats, 10 different cheeses, or 47 types of breads/crackers and sweets. Truly, all you need are a couple of delicious meats, a complementary cheese, a great toasted round/crostini, and something sweet. I always have at least one of each Hillshire Snacking Social Platters in my fridge at all times.
