Happy Sunday TKW Family! I. AM. WHOOPED! Today was Pittsburgh’s Pierogi Festival at Kennywood park and we were invited to go. Now I don’t ride but since we hdn’t been there in eons and it was to be a nice day in the ‘burgh we said we’d go. HOWEVER last week Mr. Fantabulous ended up having both tooth pain and eye pain which lead him to staying home today. Since I already said I would go, I went without him and met friends there. It was so awesome hanging out with them but it was crazy humid which made it hotter. Plus when you wear jeans and have a cast on, I was pretty much dying from the heat.
Do you get worked up when you have to see the dentist?
I know it’s a real thing that people get worked up to see the dentist but I don’t understand why. Is it the shot you get or the noise of the drill? I ask because Mr. Fantabulous is supposed to have his first root canal tomorrow and seriously, he’s driving me nuts about it. He’s had maybe 1 or 2 cavities in his life and got them fixed but the whole mention of a root canal is seriously wigging him out. I’ve had a few and yeah you get discomfort but I don’t think they are bad. for me, the only bad part is keeping my mouth open for long as I have TMJ so my jaw and joints hurt bad.
So for the past 2 days, I’ve been inundated with a million questions about it. He thinks he has to live on Jell-O and pudding for 2 weeks even though I said he can eat normal just no hard crunchy stuff until the permanent comes in.
Seriously… say a prayer…for me! LOL
