These Weekly Menu recipes allow you to get out of that same ol’ recipe rut and try some delicious and easy dishes! This week I highly recommend making the Sheet Pan Teriyaki Chicken & Veggies, Watermelon Berry Feta Salad, and the Sheet Pan Lemon Dijon Salmon & Veggies!
Happy Sun Monday TKW Family! Yep, it’s Monday and I’m just getting to post the weekly menu today. We had a ridiculously busy weekend that involved prepping for more house showings, a surprise guest, Father’s Day, and our niece’s graduation party.
This was one of those super crazy weekends that, by the time I crawled into bed last night, I just felt my body go heavy and I swear, fall asleep almost as soon as my head hit the pillow.
Maybe I need more chaos like that as I slept so sound and didn’t move once.
I’m a tosser/turner/roller/never in one position type of sleeper. But then again, I’m don’t sleep much.
How was your week?
So how was your week? Make anything amazing or did you venture out to eat yet?
For us, it was a lot more testing out Bella my Authentic Pizza Oven, oven. Have you cooked in a wood-fired pizza oven?
It’s actually pretty awesome and not that hard. There is a definite learning curve as you have to know how to stack the wood and control the temp but that’s part of the fun. I’m working on a new series on all of this.
I want to first, make sure I have it all mastered before I give you instructions on how to do it.
Above we went with 2 pizzas and a pan-dish. The first is a Detroit Roni Cup pizza with bacon, 3 kinds of cheese, jalapenos, and honey. The middle picture is fire-roasted potatoes, asparagus, kielbasa. What’s not pictured is also the baked beans and corn that was cooked at the same time. And the last is another pineapple pizza for Mr. Fantabulous.
What’s your feeling of pineapple on pizza?
Did you make a recipe? Leave a blog comment!
So why do I ask this? Two reasons:
- Honest feedback is appreciated. It helps me learn and grow.
- Most folks read the comments first before they decide on making a recipe or not.
We all visit blogs looking for delicious items and inspiration. What I find (and you should as well) the MOST USEFUL thing is the comments that people leave. Honest feedback, good or bad but respectful please, on a recipe.
You can give suggestions on what you’d tweak or a spin you put on it. Heck or just tell me that you loved it! Like how to make vegan, keto, or not use mushrooms.
This is how I grow and become better on here and it gives you guys real feedback. The absolute most critical thing you can do for me is to leave a comment on the blog recipe post.
When I look at someone else’s recipe I read the comments as to me, that’s honest feedback. So when you make a recipe of mine or plan on making it, leave a comment on the post. I, and everyone else that goes to my site, truly would appreciate it!
