These Weekly Menu recipes allow you to get out of that same ol’ recipe rut and try some delicious and easy dishes! This week, I highly recommend making my Mexican Pulled Chicken, Grilled Al Pastor Chicken, and Vanilla Madeleine Sandwich Cookies.
Happy Monday, TKW Family! I hope you had a fantastic week last week! Mine was hot and painful. Arizona’s summer is rearing its ugly, fiery face early here in Arizona, and these 110°F temperatures are here to stay.
I’m honestly not sure what I did, but I ended up in bed for almost 2 days with the most intense hip/lower back pain I’ve ever had. It’s a good thing I see my doctor tomorrow, as I’m not sure how much I can take of this. Man, it’s hell getting old!
Did you make a recipe? Leave a blog comment!
So why do I ask this? Two reasons:
- Honest feedback is appreciated. It helps me learn and grow.
- Most people read the comments first before deciding whether to make a recipe or not.
This is how I grow and become a better Chef. I truly appreciate honest feedback on the recipes you’ve made by following the instructions as written! The most critical thing you can do for me is comment on the blog recipe post.
When I look at someone else’s recipe, I read the comments, and that’s honest feedback to me. When you make a recipe of mine or plan to make it, please leave a comment on the post. Everyone else who visits my site would genuinely appreciate it.
