Happy Monday, TKW Family! I hope you had a fantastic week last week! Good God, it’s stupid hot here already! 115F guys! I swear it was just in the ’80s, and now it’s as if everything is on fire.
“But it’s a dry heat, Lori…” Yes, but 115°F is still hot, and when your pool temperature reads +90°F, it’s not refreshing. And forget cold water coming out of your faucets. And you’d have a better chance of hitting the lottery than taking a cold shower. That won’t happen until October.
However, I must admit that I still love it here. It’s only this hot for about 2ish months, and the rest of the year it’s gorgeous. That being said, if you need me, you can find me outside baking cookies on the patio tile or frying eggs in my driveway. Oy!
