Happy Monday, TKW Family! I hope you had a fantastic week last week! Y’all, I’m so glad last week is over. Talk about CRAZY. We got the new AC units installed, but let’s say they are coming back today, as we are NOT happy. And if they don’t remediate this to our liking, well… I’ve already alerted those who need to be informed if further action needs to be taken.
Aside from that nightmare, I got a bunch of recipes done as it finally dipped to below 100°F so that I could fire up the smokers (and not die or melt). AND we FINALLY got rain!!! Like we had a full-on monsoon that lasted a few hours. And to boot, we had incredible lightning and thunder (we rarely get that part).
