This year host New Year’s Eve and kick off the new year DELICIOUSLY with some of mine (and your) favorite recipes!
Going out on New Year’s Eve is soooooooooooo overrated. Okay fine, maybe I’m showing my age but if asked me “Lor, do you want to go to Times Square for NYE or do you want to host a killer party with amazing food?” I’m going to go hosting all the way. Don’t get me wrong, Times Square on NYE is INCREDIBLE and something I’ll never forget. BUT I’ll never do it again. WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too many people, it’s COLD and there’s no where to well, tinkle. Trust me, having experienced it life, there are things I hope I never forget and things I wish to God I could forget/unsee. So if you’re going out this year, have a blast, be safe (god that’s so mom-ish), and set goals for yourself. For those that are staying in and hosting, I’ve put together some of my (and your) FAVORITE recipes that will surely be loved by all!
Happy New Year’s Eve! Boy oh, boy……your dishes all look incredible! If I were able, and had a crowd to cook for, I would make a ton of them. Just between you and me, well, I’m on my own tonight. But My menu is Chips and Guacamole, Shrimp/cream chees/chili sauce and crackers, and Chicken. bacon, pineapple BBQ, or Teriyaki (can’t decide) skewers. And IF I have room, possibly Chocolate for dessert. Now the truth…..if I get 2 of these done, I will be really proud of myself. Oh, my NYE celebrations always carry over to tomorrow, with all the extra food I will then have!
Have a great night, and be safe! And I wish for you, the Happiest of New Years!
