These Weekly Menu recipes allow you to get out of that same ol’ recipe rut and try some delicious and easy dishes! This week, I highly recommend making my Juicy Smoked Butterflied Pork Butt, Smoked Picanha, and Pittsburgh Haluski – Fried Cabbage and Noodles in Butter.
Happy Monday, TKW Family! I hope you had a fantastic week last week! Last week was rough physically. I tested positive for RA, and on top of that, I have “the worst case of spinal stenosis in my entire lumbar” that my spine doctor and his PA have ever seen.
Go me… ugh. The only bright spot is that we now know what’s wrong with me. Hopefully, the doctors can fix it. I’m not one for maintenance medication, so hopefully they have some other way (besides surgery).

Did you make a recipe? Leave a blog comment!
So why do I ask this? Two reasons:
- Honest feedback is appreciated. It helps me learn and grow.
- Most people read the comments first before deciding whether to make a recipe or not.
This is how I grow and become a better Chef. I truly appreciate honest feedback on the recipes you’ve made by following the instructions as written! The most critical thing you can do for me is comment on the blog recipe post.
When I look at someone else’s recipe, I read the comments, and that’s honest feedback to me. When you make a recipe of mine or plan to make it, please leave a comment on the post. Everyone else who visits my site would genuinely appreciate it.
